Fight With An Experienced Litigator At Your Side

About Charbel G. Latouf, Esq.

I am a 1995 graduate of Gannon University. While at Gannon, I was a member of the Gannon football team and a three year starter. I later graduated from the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1998 and married my college sweetheart, Shannon J. Humphreys, on July 7, 2001. I am extremely hardworking; I have recovered settlements including $500,000, $1 million and $4 million.

Having served individuals throughout the Erie, Meadville and Warren areas with aggressive defense counsel, I give 100% dedication when it comes to producing winning results. I have earned recognition in both the local community and nationwide. I have also appeared and been interviewed on CNN, documentaries and all major networks regarding high-profile cases. I have been interviewed and quoted in published legal journals as well.

I am a member of the Erie County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association, and I am permitted to practice in the Federal Court of the Western District of Pennsylvania. My areas of practice include family law, personal injury and criminal law, and I am one of the few attorneys in Northwestern Pennsylvania to handle immigration cases. I have traveled overseas and to Washington, D.C., on behalf of my clients.
