Mr. Latouf is a 1995 graduate of Gannon University. While at Gannon, Mr. Latouf was a member of the Gannon football team and a three year starter. Mr. Latouf graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1998 and married his college sweetheart, Shannon J. Humphreys, on July 7, 2001.

Mr. Latouf is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association, and he is permitted to practice in the Federal Court of the Western District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Latouf’s areas of practice include family law, personal injury, and criminal law, and he is one of the few attorneys in Northwestern Pennsylvania to handle immigration cases. He has traveled overseas and to Washington, D.C. on behalf of his clients.
